Wine

Wine is a fermented grape juice, which contains from 10% to 14% alcohol by volume. It is the only alcoholic beverage that can be made on its own: just throw the grapes into a container, press them and let the juice turn into wine. In effect, on the skin of the grape berries there are natural yeasts in addition to natural sugars, called fructose and glucose. When grapes are crushed sugars come in contact with yeasts and natural fermentation begins. That is why many people consider wine the only natural alcoholic beverage.
