Tears

The tears of a wine are oily bends that form in a glass after it is rotated.
Experts are not in accord about the cause and significance of the tears, there are two schools of thought:

a. Someone says that the tears help to establish the quality and the body of a wine;
b. while others state that it is a phenomenon in connection with the alcohol content (the higher is alcohol, the more narrow are the tears), the evaporation rate and surface tension of the glass.
