PH

In measuring the acidity of wine we often refer to PH. The PH values range from 0 (high acidity) and 14: if the value is equal to 7 we say that PH is neutral. The PH values of wine are usually ranging between 2.8 to 2.9 (high acidity) and 3.8 to 3.9 (low acidity). Normally the white wine tends to be more acid than red wine.
