The distillery has always pursuited the best quality products, starting from the choice of raw materials, through the technologies of processing and conservation of the marc which must meet the standards required by customers and by the service and quality control. The systems are constantly updated, with regard to the ease of health checks during the processing to ensure the use of the products in human nutrition. The distillery has a laboratory equipped to perform checks on raw materials and on products.
