Ingredients:
– 800 g sardines
– 6 salted anchovies
– 150 g bread crumbs
– 50 g pine nuts
– 50 g raisins
– parsley
– laurel
– 1 lemon
– extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper
							Instructions
							Empty the sardines, private them of heads and bones and wash them. In a pan, in half a cup of oil, brown the bread crumbs, then put them in a bowl and mix with the desalted and boned anchovies, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, pine nuts, raisins soaked in warm water and squeezed, a little salt and pepper. With this mixture fill the sardines and place them on an oiled dish and, between the one and the other put a bay leaf. Add salt, pour a little oil, sprinkle breadcrumbs left and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. Serve the sardines after being sprinkled with a little lemon juice.
