Time: 35 minutes + 1 hour marinating
Ingredients:
– 4 salmon steaks – 1 bunch of chives – white wine – extra virgin olive oil – multicolored pepper beans – salt
Instructions
Wash and dry the salmon steaks. Wash, dry and chop the chives. Lightly grease a baking dish, spread a bit of pepper grains on the bottom and arrange the steaks. Spread on the salmon chives, still pepper, a little oil and a splash of white wine. Cover and cook for at least an hour. Preheat the oven and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes with the ventilated grill.
