Ingredients:
– 500 g pumpkin



– 300 g rice



– 1 liter vegetable stock



– white wine



– extra virgin olive oil



– butter



– salt

Instructions
Clean the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Brown it in oil for a few minutes. Add rice and saute. Moisten with half a glass of wine and, once evaporated, add salt and cover with hot broth. Cook and, if needed, add more broth. Before serving, stir in a small amount of broth.
