Ingredients:
500 g flour
200 g butter
50 g pine nuts
50 g raisins
50 g candied citron and orange
5 eggs
vanilla
breadcrumbs
milk
1 lemon
1 bag of baking powder
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and, when they become soft and white, built pine nuts, shredded candied citron and orange, soaked in warm water and squeezed raisins, a hint of vanilla, a little grated lemon peel, melted butter, and two glasses of milk.
Pour the flour into the mixture, incorporating also the content of a bag of baking powder, then mix well.
Grease with butter a mold for buns, sprinkle it with bread crumbs and pour the mixture.
Cook the bun in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
When it is tepid remove from the mould, put it on a dessert plate and serve it.
