Ingredients:
– 4 slices of beef tenderloin,



– 80 g cream of Bianchetto truffle,



– 80 g ham,



– 4 slices of Fontina cheese,



– 50 g butter,



– half a glass of white wine,



– flour,



– salt and pepper.

Preparation: open the slices of tenderloin and carefully lay down in the middle one slice of Fontina cheese, one slice of ham and cover with the cream of Bianchetto truffle. Close the thread, pass it in flour and fry in golden brown butter. Before removing from the heat sprinkle with white wine and let it evaporate quickly over high heat. A pinch of salt, pepper and serve.
