Third edition in the name of growth: 2 pavilions, 360 exhibitors, 100 events

Wine and Food, Catering and Professional Equipment. These are the pillars on which the event develops, that in four days will allow the professional operator and the home user to meet the best producers of the country, know the products and buy them. Moreover, an event area will be organized, with cooking classes, wine tastings, cooking shows and seminars in the program.

Six will be the thematic areas: Cosmotech where you can meet the best companies in the industry with the latest technology in the restaurant industry; Cosmowine with the best of the wine industry with eighty wineries from all over the country; Cosmobeer dedicated to the world of craft beer, with forty Italian and European microbreweries; Food, catering and quality products; Food intolerances, Gluten Free, Organic & Vegan dedicated to the range of foods for those with specific allergies, organic and vegan programs, where you can learn and meet leading–edge companies that offer products and with BIO brands and food for vegans, gluten–free products, for lactose intolerants, etc.

Time: Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
