On March 5th, at Tre Gamberi in Franciacorta will be relaunched as the Family publication with the history of the restaurants that have received the Tre Gamberi  in the famous guide Ristoranti d'Italia by Gambero Rosso. 
 The project was developed by Gambero Rosso with the fundamental collaboration of the winery Contadi Castaldi. 
 In order to enrich and unique the guide is filled with pictures by Oliviero Toscani, the controversial and well known photographer who has captured real life fragments, images of faces talking about passions, hope, friendship, complicity, stories of men and women who have a shared idea of food as pleasure, satisfaction, but also knowledge of life. 
 The occasion to celebrate TRE GAMBERI IN FRANCIACORTA will be held in interesting and evocative setting of the winery Contadi Castaldi Adro, in the east of Milan in the heart of Franciacorta. 
 You will taste the dishes of traditional Italian cuisine made by the Tre Gamberi 2013 - the three best Italian trattorias selected by Gambero Rosso. 
 The restaurants are all over the peninsula  
 They are very different from each other, spread throughout the peninsula, each of them with unique features. 
 TRE GAMBERI IN FRANCIACORTA makes it possible to discover the characteristics and the promotion of local products in one night. 
 You can discover the modern interpretations of authentic and unique dish. 
 All this is combined with the excellent wines of Contadi Castaldi.
