CIBO A REGOLA D'ARTE is an interesting event promoted by RCS, is a show of the best Italian products which offers plenty of opportunities to test your cooking skills, following real awarded Masters through workshops, cooking shows, wine tasting, aperitifs, dinners and meetings with the protagonists of the Italian cuisine in two cultural places which are symbols of Milan.  CIBO A REGOLA D'ARTE is "an excursion in the culture of food, the discovery and rediscovery of flavours, tastes, smells, territories, histories and traditions. Food is well done, excellent, a masterpiece," that combines rigor and creativity, discipline and inspiration, ancient knowledge and new approaches, evolutionary paths made possible by science and technology. " 
 CIBO A REGOLA D'ARTE will be a real cultural experience  not to be missed: an opportunity to explore the territory, raw materials, food and wine products, big or small excellences, international or local. 
 The world of CIBO A REGOLA D'ARTE turns around the figure of the Master, a charming and wise, 
 often charismatic chef. 
 CIBO A REGOLA D'ARTE will be an opportunity to see the work of two masters and to taste the best of their creations. The two super-awarded chefs have committed many of the events to the chefs of their staff to deal with dishes of local cuisine, cooking methods, selection of ingredients, culinary traditions from different Italian regions. 
 The awarded chefs working together in this edition are Davide Oldani and Carlo Cracco. 
 Davide Oldani will be the culinary director at the Triennale events from 14th to 17th March; 
 Carlo Cracco will be at the control room at the Science Museum from 21th to the 24th March. 
 The two super stars of the Italian cuisine offer two masterclasses daily at 18: real lessons of haute cuisine held by the two awarded Masters. 
 Oldani will talk about "Balance of contrasts" (on 14th and 16th), "The candied onion" (on 15th), "Rice and saffron" (on 17th).
