The full moon and the nocturnal harvest will be the protagonists of an exciting dinner under the stars at Tenuta di Sticciano.

At Tenuta di Sticciano, a historic residence of noble origins in the Florentine Chianti area where today there is a high-level wine resort and a winery with restaurant and tavern, Sunday 22 August will celebrate the night of the full moon with a special event dedicated to those who never tires of beauty and amazement : aperitif at sunset, dinner under the stars, concert with guitar and violin, contemporary dance performance and nocturnal harvest will make this evening unforgettable.

The start of the event is set for 7.30 pm, with a glass of the company's white wine based on chardonnay and Tuscan Trebbiano. At 8 pm the dinner will start by chef Enrico Bellino who among his experiences can count the one at the renowned Noma restaurant in Copenhagen. Today executive chef of the Osteria Medicea of Tenuta di Sticciano, he will create tasty dishes that will be combined with the 6 company labels: Rosato Toscana Canto delle Rose Igt, Bianco Toscana Argillaria Igt, Chianti Maggiano Docg, Chianti Riserva Villa di Sticciano Docg, Toscana Rosso Cantastorie Igt , Vinsanto del Chianti Doc.

At 8.30 pm the concert will begin which will see the violinist Alessandro Golini and the guitarist Paolo Batistini perform. Accompanied by their notes, the dancer Evelina will give life to a dance performance with a breathtaking scenery , with vineyards and rolling hills. At 9 pm it will be possible to admire the harvest at night which will inaugurate the beginning of a new vintage.

Tenuta di Sticciano, over 160 hectares in total, is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena , in the Valdelsa area.

In the ancient Medici Villa dating back to the 16th century, eight double bedrooms and a prestigious panoramic suite have been renovated. All rooms are finely furnished with period furniture, research and quality materials and great attention to detail. In addition to the rooms there are fifteen apartments, also furnished in the deepest and most romantic Tuscan country style.

The Osteria Medicea is the restaurant inside the Villa, made up of historic halls and a panoramic garden with a poetic view of the heart of the Val d'Elsa. At the helm of the tavern is the chef Enrico Bellino, just 25 years old but with important experiences behind him. In his kitchen only high quality ingredients and organic products from our farms or from local excellence are used.

The winery produces wines that speak of the territory, coming from 23 hectares of vineyards located all around the mother structure. The oenologist consultant is Valentino Ciarla, the agronomist consultant is Giacomo Sensi . Together they work to produce organic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, coming from 3000 owned olive trees , and quality wine and to better carry on a well-established tradition of organic farming.

The owner of the estate is the entrepreneur Ching Chiat Kwong. The managing director is Luis Carlo Lotti Bautista. A selection of talented young people from Val d'Elsa work for the company.
