VERONELLY: TASTINGS OF EXCELLENCE AT VITTORIO’S

From the collaboration between the multi–starred Da Vittorio and the Luigi Veronelli Permanent Seminar, a non–profit organization founded in 1986 by the famous journalist, "Veronelli at Da Vittorio, tastings of excellence" was effectively created, a valuable collection of events dedicated to the gems of Italian wine.

«I met Vittorio years ago (...) and Bruna (...) in Bergamo, "my" city, they gave credibility in the deciding field of quality living (life should be celebrated and not suffered)». These are the words of Luigi Veronelli published in the "I Ristoranti di Veronelli" guide.

The strong and sincere relationship that has always linked the Da Vittorio restaurant with the Veronelli’s gastronomic culture will give in the coming weeks a new fruit. Gastronomic culture and pleasure of tasting will find a balance in the events resulting from the collaboration between two of the most authoritative voices, respectively, of culinary art, by Da Vittorio, and of wine tasting, by Semianrio Veronelli.

You can let yourself be guided in a well–thought tasting of special dishes and wines with their own senses and words of professional tasters, guests can grasp their deepest meaning, and live fully its emotion.

There will be a series of meetings: "SV Premium Wine Tasting", where the best wines in Italy will make a perfect agreement with the haute cuisine of Enrico and Roberto Cerea.

A further opportunity not to be missed will be "Wine as a story – Da Vittorio Limited Edition", an original course for curious tasters of Seminario Veronelli, enriched with a number of special features.

–Thursday, 24th September: Passione Metodo Classico, the great Italian sparkling wines;

– 8th October: Supertuscan – Bolgheri and the Tuscan Coast;

– 22nd October: The Top Five of the Guida Oro I Vini di Veronelli 2016;

– 5th November: Fire, Earth and Wind; the wines of the volcanos;

– 19th November: Time Regained. The historic vintages of some great Italian wines. The tasting course will be activated shortly and will address many issues: the tasting technique, viticulture, white wines, sparkling wines, red wines, dessert wines and meditation wines.
