From here, the 0 km products of local companies are born that can be tasted at the Baiti En Festa 2021 event: nine will be the huts where the visitor can stop and find different dishes from stage to stage accompanied by wines, sparkling wines, grappas as well as for the version non-alcoholic apple juice and GioVe Officinali water in syrup. In each hut the course will be served by the producer himself who will tell the processing and the gastronomic characteristics of the dish. An itinerant aperitif that as a first tasting includes Trentingrana from the Val di Fiemme Social Dairy, Crostone with Smoked Trout from the Curling Restaurant in Cembra, Goat cheese with flowers from the mountain pastures of Caprificio Onorato Matteo, Salted meat tartare from the Butcher Paolazzi Luigi with beans , polenta prepared by the Cembra Alpini with stew cooked by Happy Ranch, Orzotto with stink from Moena and Nettles from the Hotel Tirol Natural Idyll in Montesover, Salted Strudel with Casolet and seasonal vegetables from Maso Franch, Trento Yogurt Latte with dried fruit from Fernanda Zendron farm and finally the potato tortèl from Agritur Simoni with jam from the Nardin farm. The huts are dedicated to the best products of the Val di Cembra, namely Trentodoc, Müller Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, 708km, Schiava, Pinot Nero, Lagrein, Fruit liqueurs and Grappa dei Cembrani DOC Alfio Nicolodi, Cembra Cantina di Montagna, Distilleria Paolazzi, Distilleria Pilzer , Simoni Michele and Zanotelli.
At the end of the path, to make the greeting more pleasant, background music is provided by the Niutenti in the central squares of Palù di Giovo, where coffee will also be served and a post will be set up for the collection of the deposit for the glass and a wine shop. with the wines, sparkling wines and grappas tasted along the way, to take home a sip of Val di Cembra.
New for the 2021 edition: the ticket includes a book of discount vouchers at the restaurants of the Cembrani DOC friends Hotel alle Piramidi, Chiosco alle Piramidi, Casel dei Masi, Green Grill and Hotel Europa on a tasting menu.
Saturday 7 August the departure for the aperitif at sunset will be possible from 16:30 to 19:00, in staggered groups, from the square of the Palù di Giovo Sports Hall, via Scuole 23, where in compliance with the Covid containment regulations -19 the self-certification will be requested, which is sent at the time of registration for the safeguarding and protection of everyone's health. In this regard, remember to bring the mask to be used when checking, collecting the ticket and paying a deposit for the glass and bag of € 5.00, as well as during the collection of tastings. It is also necessary to keep the distance and sanitize your hands at the stations, where there will be staff dedicated to sanitizing after each stay at the table.
The event is organized in collaboration with APT Pinè Cembra and made possible thanks to the support and patronage of the Municipality of Giovo, the US Montecorona, BIM dell'Adige, the Val di Cembra Community and the Tourist Service of the PAT.
Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended for trekking and possibly a sweater because in Val di Cembra the evenings in August are cool.
Tickets (35.00 euros) are only in advance and until 4 August on the website www.visitcembranidoc.it and there is also a non-alcoholic formula and for children (20.00 euros)
Tickets will be delivered on the day of the event at the departure.
