The review of PaesAgire since 2008 has been dealing with issues related to the conservation and transformation of the landscape. Recently it has dedicated a conference concerning the production area of Prosecco Superiore titled "Architectural sign in the hilly landscape/The Fondaco (Warehouse) of wine". The review sought to investigate the potential and architectural–landscape needs of the whole territory of Prosecco di Conegliano – Valdobbiadene. The ultimate goal was to create an Ecofondaco (Eco–Warehouse) of Prosecco and of the products related to it. The project was implemented in collaboration with the municipality of Pieve di Soligo, the Observatory for the landscape of the High Hills of the Treviso Area and the IUAV University of Architecture of Venice.

A warehouse could take the size of a quarter and was ruled by a judge called bailiff that provided to resolve any dispute.

Today, the concept applied to the area of Prosecco, translates into a platform for dialogue among new technologies, landscape and sustainable tourism.
