Mountain Wine , which traditionally accompanies the summer of the Cembra Valley with the opportunity to taste multiple expressions of Müller Thurgau not only from the area but also from outside the province and from abroad, the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route has decided to renew the appointment with A tutto Müller , calendar of initiatives and holiday proposals - which usually took place in conjunction with the Cembran event - designed to celebrate and enhance this grape variety throughout the provincial territory.
And so, from Thursday 2 to Sunday 12 July there will be over 25 appointments , born from the collaboration of more than 40 members of the Association , including tastings at the palace, special aperitifs, walks in the vineyards, themed menus and holiday proposals , with which the visitors will be able to get to know this excellence and at the same time have the opportunity to visit truly suggestive territories, from Valsugana to the Paganella plateau, from Vallagarina to the Pinè plateau, from Lake Garda to the Cembra Valley, passing through the city of Trento.
As usual, the Roccabruna Special Müller Proposal scheduled at Palazzo Roccabruna - Enoteca Provinciale del Trentino on the weekends of 3-4 July , which will also mark the official post lockdown reopening, and from 9 to 11 July , with the Müller, declined in wine and grappa, the main protagonist of the tastings.
For the entire duration of the festival, from 9.00 to 16.00, Borgo dei Posseri di Ala offers its Enotour in the vineyard , a multi-sensory journey between the "Islands" located along the rows where you can stop for self-tasting tastings of Müller Thurgau and other wines company in combination with a basket of local products including Salumeria Belli cured meats and cheeses from Caseificio Sociale di Sabbionara.
