A rich and varied selection of wineries, coming from 16 Italian regions and 7 European countries - France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and the Czech Republic - will introduce their natural wine to enthusiasts, the press and operators. The food area will complete the exhibition, which will welcome small artisans of gastronomic excellence, in-depth meetings and guided masterclasses .
On the afternoon of Saturday 13 April, visitors will be able to enjoy a double musical event thanks to the performance of the Fortissimo Sax Quartet and the Ruggero Robin Trio .
In the area dedicated to gastronomy you can find different selections of cured meats , cheeses and meats between the stands of La Casara and Fattoria Valli Unite. The dishes of traditional Bolognese cuisine can be tasted at Stappo and Sposto while for pizza lovers there is the proposal of San Martin. There will also be space for the fish sector with oysters - curated by the Italian Oyster Growers Network -, salted anchovies and fillets from L'Anciua di Sestri Levante (Genoa) and craft beer with the Sorio Agricolo brewery, Morgana and Birre della Terra. Finally, the coffee from Torrefazione Giamaica and, to conclude on a sweet note, Passion Cocoa with its chocolate creations. There will also be a section dedicated to publishing, with Possibilia and Agri Bio, and the merchandising of the VinNatur Association. During the three days of VinNatur Tasting, journalists and importers will also be able to access the tasting room , where they can taste the labels featured in the event and chat with the producers in a private context.
The daily entrance ticket costs 30 euros per person, including a tasting glass, map of the producers and event catalogue, which can be purchased on site or from the event website. A ticket valid for two days is also available for the price of 50 euros . The proceeds from the event will be used to support the research projects of the VinNatur Association and for the organization of seminars dedicated to the training of members. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization Progetto Alépé , which has been involved since 1986 in providing medical and social assistance to the inhabitants of the city of Alépé, in Ivory Coast.

Small pets are allowed

- The free shuttle bus service to and from the San Bonifacio railway station will be active
- On the way back we recommend going to the event entrance 20-30 minutes before the train leaves

VinNatur was founded in 2006 with the aim of uniting small natural wine producers from Italy and Europe in an association that allows them to promote their products: wines resulting from healthy agriculture that excludes the use of pesticides , herbicides and chemical fertilizers, favoring natural practices. At the same time, the Association aims to encourage the development of specific skills in the viticultural and natural oenological fields. Over the years, the number of participating producers has grown considerably, reaching the current 300 companies from twelve different countries.
