During the two days of the event, the food area will feature renowned chefs who will offer a vast range of natural wines in their restaurants. 93 winemakers at the tasting tables.

New to the 2024 edition will in fact be VinNatur Bistrot , a food area located within the event and coordinated by Simone Vesuviano and Matteo Rebora , chef of Acciughetta . For almost 10 years, both the trattoria and the restaurant that bear this name have been renowned for their proposals that reinterpret Ligurian fish cuisine in a contemporary and imaginative way, drawing on the study of techniques, ingredients and traditional recipes, updated and refreshed. In this space, visitors will be able to enjoy small hot and cold dishes in the form of tapas.
Other well-known faces from the Ligurian panorama will join over the two days, chosen from among those who already appreciate natural wines and offer them in their restaurants: on Sunday Matteo Dimoro from Ristorante Ortica and Israel Feller from Boccon Divino will be present, on Monday Ivan Maniago from Impronta d'Acqua , Simone Circella of La Brinca and Matteo Losio of Trattoria Detta Del Bruxaboschi .
To complete the gastronomic offer, Torrefazione Lady Cafè , an artisan laboratory in the Parma area that selects the best qualities of coffee from small plantations and processes them with the direct flame roasting method, and the organic agricultural cooperative Valli Unite of Costa Vescovato (AL ).
The tasting tables of the event will welcome 93 natural wine producers from Austria, Spain, France and Hungary and from 18 Italian regions. The complete list of exhibitors is available on the Association's website.
There will be some in-depth moments dedicated to the wines obtained from a viticulture that carries out the least possible number of interventions in the vineyard and cellar. On Sunday 21 January the oenologist Giacomo Buscioni will lead a masterclass dedicated to defective wines, to teach how to recognize their most common characteristics. On Monday 22 January, two tastings will be held conducted by Samuel Cogliati Gorlier , an Italian-French journalist and popularizer.
