The special edition of the PDO Festival is approaching, the prominent event promoted by the Veneto Region and Veneto Agricoltura, which will take place from 2 to 4 March 2024 at the Godega Fair in Sant'Urbano (TV).
During this exceptional event, the jewels of regional agri-food will be on display, products awarded with the prestigious quality marks of the European Union, such as the renowned DOP (Protected Designations of Origin), the IGP (Protected Geographical Indications) and the TSG ( Guaranteed Traditional Specialties), as well as QV (Verified Quality) branded products.
For each day of the Fair, the twelve Consortia present in the Veneto Agricoltura exhibition area will be able to illustrate to visitors the history and peculiarities of their products which are positioned in the top quality Veneto agri-food market. For Sunday 3 March, in the show-cooking area, A.Pro.La.V (Regional Association of Milk Producers of Veneto) is offering three tastings open to the public (by reservation) where you can taste the best cheeses on the scene local dairy. Furthermore, U.Vi.Ve (Unione Consorzi Vini Vini Veneti DOC and DOCG) organizes a masterclass aimed at oenologists and the sector press.
