Luca Gardini and Andrea Grignaffini rewarded the prize of Best Sommelier in Italy –Best Italian Wine Awards 2014– to Alessandro Tomberli. The Sommelier is already Maison de Maître at Enoteca Pinchiorri by Annie Feolde and Giorgio Pinchiorri.

Alessandro Tomberli is the curator of the most valuable wines of the wine store: 100,000 bottles of wines with more than 3,500 labels of the most renowned wineries of the five continents. His job requires an exceptional olfactory memory, the choice is very wide and constantly updated.
Enoteca Pinchiorri is a real institution of Italian cuisine and is one of the most famous restaurants also abroad because in addition to a great cuisine it has one of the most complete wine cellars on the international scene. The wine cellar of Enoteca Pinchiorri is historically famous for its wealth. Already Luigi Veronelli had stated: «Pinchiorri is the author of an immense, legendary, inimitable wine cellar». Now its name is kept high thanks to Alessandro Tomberli.
