Dolce Apulia was held in 2012, the feast of the best sweet wines from Puglia in the picturesque setting of the Oasis Sacred Heart of Jesus - Conversano.
The festival is undoubtedly one of the underlying events promoting food and wine from Puglia, and we attended the wine producers of the region Puglia with exposure to multiple labels, pastry and
cheesemakers as well as hundreds of guests and members.
Dolce Puglia has been possible thanks to the Delegation Murgia AIS Puglia Puglia Region with the support of Department policies Agro Food, Unioncamere Puglia and the Chamber of Commerce East, since the
first edition drew associations, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and sommeliers
discuss the extraordinary potential of some excellent food and wine as dessert wines, the
regional pastries and dairy region.
Dolce Puglia was created to strengthen the promotion of sweet wine in the homeland this year in particular has promoted its spread in Russia, emerging market and in development. The initiative sought to promote collaboration network among local companies to better face the moment of crisis.

The dessert are children of the sun, with their colors of gold, amber and purple. The aromas of candied fruit, jam and apricots. Well matched with the almond cakes, dried figs, chocolate and cheese. The event was an opportunity to reward the best sweet wines of Puglia.
