"Berebene" 2015 by Gambero Rosso has awarded six excellent wines – three white wines and three red wines – and 21 regional Oscar
"Berebene" annually provides important insights to discover wines at excellent value for money. There are mainly small businesses to draw the lively outlines of an Italy of Wine that is always ready to amaze. In "Berebene" 2014 we read a predisposition of producers to enhance local grapes, even the lesser known, that can give surprising results.
All the wines of the "Berebene" guide can be purchased in wine stores, but also in in the large–scale retail trade and their price is lower than 10 euro.
In the reading of the book, for example, Casavecchia and Pallagrello nero dell’Erta dei Ciliegi 2012 of the Winegrowers of Casavecchia (Campania) stand out.
