Montepulciano d’abruzzo

Since the XVIII Century is one of the most representative wines of Abruzzo wine growing. In particular, the native land seems to be Torre de 'Passeri in the province of Pescara. It is grown exclusively in hilly terrain and highlands. Montepulciano is a black grape vine variety from which we get a wine with intense ruby ??red colour, with an intense and ethereal bouquet and a dry, smooth and velvety flavour. It is particularly suitable to be combined with roasts, poultry and cheese. Represents, together with the Sangiovese the red wine growing in central Italy.
