Brugnola

The third native vine that participates, together with the Chiavennasca vine, in the production of the most important red wines in Valtellina. This variety is recognized both the production of wines and as a grape to eat, and the habit of making grapes dry on the vine is widespread, to pick them up (more mature and sugary) in winter.
