Bianchetta genovese

This is a native vine typical of ​​the capital city area and of the Gulf of Tigullio, which owes its name to the fact that the grapes, even when fully ripe, have a very pale brown color, almost transparent. Bianchetta expresses its best on the tarsus, that the typical soil of this area which presents itself as particularly crumbling, dry, but able to retain in profundity a good moisture. This variety gives fresh, dry, not very bodied wines to be consumed very young.
