Biancame (o Bianchello)

The origins of this grape variety are not well defined, but it seems to be a clone of the Greek vinegrape (in fact, also called White Greek). Biancame is widespread both in Romagna, especially in the province of Rimini, Marche (Pesaro area) and it has a great and compact, cylindrical, often winged bunch, with medium-size, rounded, thin-skinned and yellow grapes.
