On 18 August (10:00 online) the awaited focus on the harvest forecasts of the Veneto Region and Veneto Agricoltura with AVEPA, ARPAV, CREA-VE and UVIVE will present the first production estimates and the situation in the main vineyard areas of the Veneto.

The "historic" (49th edition) focus of the Veneto Region and Veneto Agricoltura on harvest forecasts in Veneto, in the North East, in the main Italian wine regions, in France and Spain was held online this morning. Vintage characterized by frequent rainfall and difficulties related to the development of fungal diseases. Good but not exceptional quality of the grapes, yields increasing by a few percentage points for almost all the cultivars. Overall quantities up slightly compared to 2022 for the main grape varieties and production areas, also given the entry into production of new vineyard areas.
