Gusti.a.Mo23 doubles its presence and positions itself with an exclusive edition in the month of May - while also maintaining its traditional location in the month of October - effectively anticipating the summer tourist season and therefore focusing on the wine tourism trend, always more attentive to tourists who, when choosing their destinations, increasingly take into consideration food and wine and art. The official presentation of the spring edition of Gusti.a.Mo23 - organized by Piacere Modena with the patronage of the Municipality of Modena, the Emilia Romagna Region, the Emilia-Romagna Region Tourist Promotion Agency and the Modena Chamber of Commerce - took place this morning with a press conference held at the Municipality of Modena, attended by the President of Piacere Modena Enrico Corsini, the Mayor of Modena Gian Carlo Muzzarelli and the Councilor for the Historic Center of the Municipality of Modena Andrea Bosi, the President of the Chamber of Commerce Giuseppe Molinari, the Secretary of the Modena and Bologna sections of the Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Consortium Claudio Guidetti, the Head of Communications and Fundraising of CEFA Onlus Jacopo Soranzo and the Ambassador of Emilia Romagna DOP and IGP products Andrea Barbi. THE PROGRAM – The activities that will take place in Piazza Roma on Saturday 27 May include theatrical tastings of the DOP and IGP products of Modena by Koiné starting at 10, preceded by the Palio di Gustia.Mo23 of Parmigiano Reggiano at 9 and at 15, during which it will be possible to taste and vote for the best cheese of the high and low plains of Modena.
