Gran Can RistorArte WineShop in Piedmont is a warm and pleasant place in the heart of Valpolicella, 9 km from Verona, where excellent cuisine, Veronese wines, good music, hospitality and solidarity combine.

The private car park, a veranda overlooking the garden and the beautiful lobby, the usage of fresh and organic flours, the cozy environment and the cultural activities, the good value for money and the hospitality of people with mental illnesses, are the other features that make our proposal unique and pleasant.



RESTAURANT

In our RistorArte you can enjoy our delicious dishes, you can taste pasta, bread, breadsticks and desserts, that are homemade using organic flours and with the help of people with mental health problems.
The Winery and the Wine Shop of Gran Can are dedicated to the DOC Valpolicella, hosting all the Winemakers of Pedemonte and a selection of the best Wineries of the entire Valpolicella Classica, with over 20 brands. To complete the offer, a “representation&rdqu; of the other Doc of Verona.
The restaurant is open from Mondays to Saturdays: at lunchtime with a rich and healthy buffet at a fixed price; in the evening with express cooking, table service, and a typical menu of meat and fish with dishes also for vegetarians.



ART

Good music is always present, especially in the two monthly Friday live of the Jazz&More festival that, under the artistic direction of the trumpeter Fabrizio Gaudino, promises to involve the best names of Italian Jazz and not only. The walls are adorned with paintings and objects made ​​by our guests or by other authors, with particular attention to Art Brut.

Osteria Spagnola

Our “OSTERIA SPAGNOLA”, a name dedicated to the origin of some members of the household, is located along the SS11 state road connecting Verona to Vicenza in the Ritonda locality in the municipality of San Bonifacio. We are at the center of a wine and cultural area of great importance such as Soave, Monteforte d’Alpone, Arcole, Gambellara and many others. In these areas varieties that produce wines such as SOAVE, DURELLO, VALPOLICELLA, RECIOTTO, etc... are cultivated.

In addition to wine, in this area, Asparagus, Radicchio Rosso di Verona, potatoes, apples, etc... are grown.

Thanks to the origin and the roots of the owners, our kitchen ranges collecting the traditions and the tastes of the past, offering dishes of the Italian, Spanish and Latin American culture.
