Hostaria La Carbonara

Founded even before the construction of the motorway, Hostaria La Carbonara was the break for truckers who consumed the "Suppa del carrettee".

Appendix to the huge Cascina Offellera, demolished to make way for the highway, was the storage of ground flour and then a bakery.

Surrounded by fruit trees and a centuries–old wisteria, it was the destination of the first Milanese outings, known for its authentic and regional dishes: so, now, in its interior a heart of ancient tastes and traditions of the past still beats.

The menu is traditional and ingredients are bought daily.

Ristorante Oriani

Outside the center of Brugherio the Oriani restaurant is located.

The venue was created in 1959 as a typical dairy bar.



Since then, it was transformed into an inn before, while maintaining its structure in wood, and then in 1992 the restaurant was rebuilt from scratch to carry on the tradition of the family.



The venue offers homemade cuisine typical of the area.



At lunch during the week it offers a set menu at a modest price, while in the evening reservations are recommended.
During the weekends, the restaurant changes its look to make room for banquets of all kinds
with the choice of many menus according to the tastes of its customers.



Every dish is prepared with the same method and tradition that every year they continued to hand down.
