Cantina Sociale di Bazzano: Last Harvest The last harvest for the Cantina Sociale di Bazzano has ended. After the rebirth that occurred thanks to the acquisition of the Cantina di Carpi and Sorbara, the historic Bacchi winery is closing its doors for good. The members, who brought their grapes, mainly Pignoletto, to the plant, can now follow the process of transformation into wine, which will be sold both in bulk and in bottles.
