Everything's ready: Vinòforum 2026 will return on Monday, September 7th, with a selection of over 3,200 wines for tasting, 800 wineries from every region, and a lineup of talented chefs and master pizza makers gathered in the heart of Villa Borghese. "The start of Vinòforum is now very close, and anticipation for this new edition is growing, along with the desire to rediscover wine and food as an experience to be enjoyed and shared," emphasizes Emiliano De Venuti, organizer and CEO of Vinòforum. " For a week, Piazza di Siena will showcase excellent products, regions, and stories of masters of taste, with a unique program of events in terms of variety and level of content. We are renewing our cult events, welcoming new producers, and inaugurating new partnerships with the aim of offering a more comprehensive and engaging overview of the world of food and wine, for every audience. We are delighted that institutions, consortia, and promotional bodies, such as the Lazio Region, ARSIAL, the Calabria Region, ARSAC, the Abruzzo Region, the Marche Region, Unaprol, as well as the Strada del Barolo e dei grandi Vini di Langa, and the Consorzio della DOC Friuli Venezia Giulia, continue to see Vinòforum as an important platform for promoting the region." A showcase for dissemination and communication. Finally, we are honored to have, once again for this edition, the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, with the aim of supporting the promotion of national wine and food and, at the same time, renewing Italian cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Territory, research, and identity in the Made in Lazio restaurant

Among this year's new additions, Origini is a restaurant project dedicated to local food and wine excellence. This space is designed to transform Lazio's products into experiences, through a narrative that unites cuisine, territory, and identity.

Origini was created as a place of discovery and tasting, where catering becomes a tool for promoting local products and an opportunity to introduce the public to the flavors and stories of Lazio's agri-food sector. The food offering is curated by Cristal Catering , with a menu shared with ARSIAL – the Regional Agency for Agricultural Development and Innovation of Lazio . Regional ingredients, recipes, and wines thus become the focus of a journey designed to showcase the quality and identity of local produce.

Haute cuisine paired with great Champagnes

The 2026 collaboration with Anima Restaurant at The Rome EDITION continues, creating a gastronomic journey celebrating the intersection of Roman and Neapolitan culinary traditions, in an ongoing dialogue between local heritage and contemporary vision. Executive Chef Antonio Gentile's dishes will be exceptionally paired with champagnes from Krug, Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, and Moët & Chandon.

Signature Pizzas: Dinners with master pizza makers

This year, Vinòforum is once again dedicating a series of evenings to signature pizza, created in collaboration with Molino Caputo. Each evening, a different pizza chef will bring their own interpretation of pizza, in a journey that intertwines technique, leavening, and raw ingredients.

The program kicks off on Monday, September 7th with Marco D'Elia, followed by Carlo Sammarco on Tuesday the 8th, Ciro Tutino on Wednesday the 9th, Pino Celio on Thursday the 10th, and Michele Cuomo on Friday the 11th. All creations will be paired with Erdinger Belgian Beer imported by Perrella , one of Italy's leading selectors and distributors.

Drops of Excellence: Between Cuisine and Mixology

For the fourth edition, Sorgenti Italiane Regionali—the group that brings together Acqua Orsini, Acqua Cerelia, Fonte de' Medici, and Orsini Soda—presents Drops of Excellence, dinner shows dedicated exclusively to industry professionals, where chefs and bartenders meet and exchange ideas, offering unique experiences.

With Orsini, Vinòforum is also renovating its Soda Bar, where Orsini Soda will be the protagonist of a contemporary mixology experience in grand style, dedicated to all enthusiasts.

Casa Barolo: A Journey to the Heart of the Langhe

Great tastings can also be enjoyed at Casa Barolo, the space organized by Strada del Barolo and Grandi Vini di Langa and dedicated to one of the country's most iconic terroirs. Alongside the tasting tables, each evening the space offers various sommelier-led events to experience and learn about the region's diverse production expressions. Each evening concludes with Flash Tastings, offering a glass of fine wine while exploring its origins, identity, and nuances.

Last but not least: coffee, sweets and dessert wines

To round out the culinary offerings, for the first time, Vinòforum is dedicating a space to coffee, desserts, and dessert wine pairings—three worlds worthy of being explored together. Each evening, four pastry chefs and master gelato makers— La Cannoleria Siciliana, Gelateria Cremilla, BAP, and Gima Caffè —will rotate artisanal pastry and coffee offerings, while six Roman wine bars—Enoteca Vite, Enzoteca, Punto Enoteca, Soul Rebel, Enoteca Seidivino, and Doppiaenne— will curate the pairings with a dessert wine list specially designed for the occasion.
