On Monday 11 September 2023 , thirty-one prestigious producers will unite to celebrate the quality and evolutionary capabilities of Soave , offering visitors the opportunity to discover the extraordinary potential of this denomination.

"Soave Seven" represents a unique opportunity to discover the longevity of Soave wine through special tastings. Visitors will have the privilege of comparing the most recent vintage, the vibrant 2022, with a selection from at least seven years ago, the renowned 2016. This exclusive comparison will reveal the nuances of time that manifest themselves in the aromas and flavors of Soave, but it's not just a question of wine: the "Soave Seven" is also the opportunity to explore the perfect union between Soave and typical local products.

The undisputed protagonist is Garganega , the grape variety that gives life to the famous Soave. The union between the volcanic earth of Gambellara, enriched by tuff and basalt , and the energy of the sun that caresses the hillsides, gives Garganega all the elements necessary to produce white wines of extraordinary quality and character.

In the setting of the "Soave Seven", on Monday 11 September 2023 from 6 pm to midnight at Eataly Verona , the Vitevis cooperative company will present the two vintages of Soave Classico DOC 2016 and Soave Classico DOC 2022 from the "Monopoly" collection . A name that underlines the monopoly of the Gambellara DOC appellation on the territory.

Soave is more than a wine: it is a sensory journey that evolves over time , a quality product, certainly ready to drink but which has proved to be excellent over the long term. At the tasting counters of Eataly Verona it will be possible to taste the old vintage of Soave Classico DOC 2016 to evaluate its quality of maturation.
