PICCINI - TUSCANY MARIO FIRST CHIANTI DOCG

Mario Primo, Chianti produced according to the traditional recipe which includes a small percentage of white grapes (10% of Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia). It becomes a very enjoyable summer red to be served at a temperature of 10°, fresh from the fridge. It is an ideal wine to sip by the pool, to be savored accompanied by a tray of finger food , with first courses of fish with tomato sauce or with prawns wrapped in bacon and grilled . Mario Primo is a light and fruity red, an excellent alternative to whites and rosés to experience a unique summer aperitif.

TALOSA FARM - TUSCANY RED OF MONTEPULCIANO DOC 2021

A Rosso di Montepulciano with a marked florality and with notes of small fruits, elegant and fresh at the same time, perfect for the summer. To be placed in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before tasting it, so that the temperature drops to around 15/16°; then it should be kept in a basket with water and a little ice to keep it fresh. A Tuscan red to be enjoyed as an accompaniment to a cheese platter or the typical summer barbecue . Also to be tasted in a new version in the Romantico Talosa cocktail.

L'' PENTITA ASTEMIA - PIEDMONT NEBBIOLO DOC 2021

Like any self-respecting Nebbiolo, it has a perfume in continuous metamorphosis and every sip reveals an explosion of taste, an elegant and balanced combination. It is a young, fresh and fragrant wine, exuberant on the nose and with a soft and silky tannin which makes it perfectly enjoyable even during the summer season. It is recommended to sip it at a service temperature of 16°, where it is perfect in particular combinations such as sea bass or tuna or with white meats . Not to be underestimated even for the aperitif moment.

LIBRANDI - CALABRIA CALAONDA IGT CALABRIA

Rich, fruity, enveloping; Calaonda is a red that combines the character of Calabria and its terroir with the appeal of international vines. Magliocco (50%) and Merlot (50%), combined in a modern interpretation that enhances their sweetness and fruity component, creating a soft wine with delicate tannins. A wine also suitable for the summer season, if cooled until it reaches 14/16°, and to be combined during an aperitif with a platter of 'Nduja and blue cheeses .

TENUTE TOMASELLA - VENETO RIGOLE RED TREVENEZIE IGT

A wine dedicated to red lovers and to be discovered even in summer. Rigole Rosso, born from the encounter between Merlot and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, should be served during the warmer months after having spent half an hour in the cellar in order to reach a temperature between 12/14°. A full-bodied wine which, even if refreshed, does not lose its structure and which goes perfectly with the main red meat courses of summer grills , enhanced by the delicate and fruity Merlot and the fresh hints of forest fruit and powerful and rich Refosco .

LA GENISIA - LOMBARDY PINOT NOIR LA GENISIA OLTREPÒ PAVESE DOC

A Pinot Noir characterized by an intense ruby red color with violet effects and an intense aroma of red and dark fruits. The nose has a complex aroma, where fruit and herbs are harmoniously combined with delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is full, juicy and velvety, very persistent. A red that can become summery even in pairings: for those who want to be daring, excellent with seafood soups and fish dishes ; for those who prefer tradition, it can't be wrong to combine it with a roast of white meat to be served cold or roast beef in a herb crust . To be served at a temperature of 14°.
