Freshness and versatility, contemporaneity and respect for tradition

Champagne Martin Orsyn Embark on a new challenge, creating a line of Champagne - Martin Orsyn - a project that stems from the company's desire to create new appealing products to best meet the ever-increasing demands of the beverage market. The point of arrival was clear from the beginning: to create a new “sparkling wine par excellence”, a guarantor of high quality and perceived importance. A partner in France was identified with whom to embark on a journey, a small winemaker in the Montagne de Reims area who was asked to mix the strength and know-how of the French drink par excellence with an all-Italian interpretation. The appearance of Martin Orsyn Champagne comes from the artistic spirit of the President of Hausbrandt, Martino Zanetti, who once again engraved his trademark on one of the products. Strong and full colors alternate on the capsule, elegantly alternating with the brightness of the metallic colors. The exuberance of the capsule is balanced by a minimalist label that lets the material paper that composes it and the foil in the distinctive color of each reference speak. As for the name, according to its own legislation, Champagne requires a patronymic for which we were inspired by the lineages of Martino Zanetti. The style of Martin Orsyn Champagnes is fresh, pleasant and pleasant to drink, aspects that aim to intercept even the youngest public; not surprisingly, the dress tries to reflect the wine itself. The strong presence of color, the genuineness of the novelty, mean that the concept that has always revolved around Champagne, that is of inaccessibility, elite and formality, is lightened. This is an aspect that is part of the “challenge” of the project, that is the differentiation from Champagne competitors, an aspect that is not a little relevant, given and considered the history and the aura that this wine has always had. Martin Orsyn signs three 100% Premier Cru references in which Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay interact to give character, strength and elegance to each wine. Champagne Martin Orsyn Tradition requires a minimum of 24 months of aging on the lees; on the nose aromas of ripe peach, dried fruit and baked desserts, the taste is fresh and well balanced. It is a well-drinkable Champagne, perfect as an aperitif, an excellent accompaniment to dishes based on fish and shellfish. Champagne Martin Orsyn Rosé increases the aging period on the lees - 30 months - and from an organoleptic point of view the wine is delicate and recalls hints of red fruit (blueberries and blackcurrants above all) and strawberries. The appearance is brilliant with a fine and persistent foam, the pink color with slightly amber reflections. The taste is fresh and of great finesse. Ideal as an aperitif and throughout the meal for savory or white meat dishes, it is also excellent with fresh fruit-based desserts.

Intensity and class in the thickest product of the range, Martin OrsynGrande Réserve which provides for 48 months of aging on the lees. Pleasant and full of character on the nose, the notes of honey, hazelnut and brioche dominate and then leave room for the mineral touch. The taste is soft, very well balanced, with good persistence, in which notes of citrus fruit and apricot emerge. Perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif, it can enhance fish dishes and medium-low seasoned sausages. Freshness and versatility characterize the stylistic code of the Martin Orsyn Champagnes capable of offering new contemporaneity to a wine with ancient traditions interpreting it with respect and originality.
