Gin Tabar Bergamot Casoni

Love for raw materials and meticulous attention to detail. These are among the main ingredients of Gin Tabar Bergamotto. At the base 9 carefully selected botanicals and pure quality cereal alcohol. The botanicals are processed separately, infused in alcohol and heated at 60° for 3 days. Then they are distilled in steel stills, where they are left to refine for 3 months . The distillate is mixed with grain alcohol and is then brought to an alcohol volume of 45%. Finally, it remains in refinement for approximately 30 days in order to allow its aromatic refinement. This process is essential to enhance every single aroma and make it unmistakable. Only in this way can a gin with a balanced, unique, impeccable flavor be created. Obtained from the meeting between juniper berries, spicy and delicate notes, and deliciously citrus nuances , Gin Tabar Bergamotto offers a new expression of taste.
