An intimate and welcoming environment like the domestic one, but at the same time modern and functional, where the undisputed protagonist is the intense aroma of coffee: the Goppion café in Mestre (Venice) inaugurates the new concept signed by the historic Preganziol roastery, near Treviso. After the summer restyling, the Piazza Ferretto establishment reopened to the public on Monday 7 August , combining the high level of professionalism in the world of coffee with new proposals for lunch and aperitifs in an environment to be experienced from morning to evening. “Our cafeterias – explains Paola Goppion , who is in charge of the marketing and communication of the roasting company – are the flag of the company, what anyone who enters the Goppion cafes sees and knows about us. We wanted to make the restaurant in Mestre even more welcoming, a perfect meeting place for people to chat over a cup, a glass or a hot dish. The coffee shop of today and tomorrow is where the offer of high quality coffee, both to be enjoyed at the bar and to be purchased for home consumption, is no longer sufficient to satisfy the demands of consumers, who are looking for a place to live in several moments, for example during lunch or an aperitif”. The new project has made the most of the available space, offering the right surface for customers and for the operational and processing areas at the back of the store, now made more agile. In the space open to the public, there are many references to the world of coffee, starting with the large plant prints on the walls, the delicate colors and the materials used for the furnishings. Illuminated by a more intimate and soft light and combined with comfortable upholstered chairs, the tables rest on a light-colored boiserie that recalls the comfortable environment of a home. In the center of the wall, the backlit writing "Bevilo Buono" , the payoff of Goppion, now a registered trademark that describes and embodies the company's philosophy and has always been the spokesperson for the culture of coffee made to perfection, at home as in the Cafe. The intervention also involved the shop window and the entrance which, without barriers and obscured parts, allows greater visibility of the offer of the counter and its delicacies, creating an immediate connection between the external life of the square, the large terrace below the porch and the interior of the café. On the window, a monitor positioned near the back counter will show some images of company life, of the menu and of the blends offered in silos, including the same ones used for the coffees served inside the venue.
