BŌL HOUSE – Cooking in bread

For those who are not yet ready to give up the relaxed atmosphere of the Holidays or who simply want to indulge in a small pleasure of gluttony, Bōl House has inaugurated the Extra Vermouth Experience : not the usual aperitif but a real taste experience, a walk through traditional flavors Piedmontese in the historic center of Turin.

At Bōl House, the innovative restaurant in the heart of the Savoyard capital where the entire menu is served in a bread box, the aperitif is based on an all-Piedmontese specialty: "Del Professore" Vermouth di Torino , an aromatised wine obtained to an ancient recipe based on local and exotic aromatic and medicinal herbs. Already loved by the royal court of Savoy since the end of the 18th century, Vermouth di Torino is presented by Bōl House for the Extra Vermouth Experience in two versions: classic pure white and red, mixed with bitters and a splash of soda in the Americano cocktail . To accompany the two drinks and complete the tasting, five mini-bōl, four savory and one sweet, chosen from those on the menu of the day: pampered bread filled with tasty ingredients, small delicacies to be savored in a single bite.

The innovation and imagination of Bōl House, which with its bowls always offers new, delicious and never banal combinations, are combined with the classic and spicy character of Vermouth, creating an original taste experience that involves all the senses.
