Acetaia Giusti becomes a member of the exclusive international association Les Hénokiens

Acetaia Giusti joins the members of the prestigious international association Les Hénokiens , established to group and support bi-centenary family businesses globally.

The proclamation took place during the association's annual Congress, held in Geneva, Switzerland. Representing Giusti is the owner and CEO Claudio Stefani Giusti , who represents the 17th generation of the Giusti family and has led the company since 2005 with a young and strongly future-oriented approach.

As the oldest vinegar factory in Modena, whose foundation date dates back to 1605, Giusti rightfully enters among the family-run businesses on the global scene , with a fascinating past that spans four centuries of Italian and Modena history.

On the occasion of the interview given to the Association, Claudio Stefani explains his professional path, his entrepreneurial spirit and expresses himself about the company culture based on people.

“ Before joining Giusti in 2005, I spent 8 years working as a business consultant, I traveled around Europe specializing in redesigning business processes for various large companies” - says Claudio Stefani - “ I am passionate more than anything about people , anthropology and world cultures. All this, combined with a great passion for food, has allowed me to fulfill myself as an individual in creating a business with people at the centre, and their personal development, both as individuals and as professionals. Today it is with great pride that I receive the admission of our company to the exclusive Les Hénokiens association, recognition of a 400-year long journey, and it will be a pleasure to share stories and experiences with all members to continue on our evolutionary path".

By joining the members of Les Hénokiens, the Modena-based company intends to pursue with pride and conviction the motto of the Association itself « Register the family and the work of the man for the duration just as this is devienne un culture », that is, “Placing the family and man's work over time to the point of making it a culture”.
