Today the activity of the new site of the Cembrani DOC consortium www.visitcembranidoc.it , a platform dedicated exclusively to the enotourist who can discover, choose and book directly his experience in the cellar, distillery and beyond, officially starts. The project, which was born last year to respond to the numerous visit requests that reached the consortium's secretariat by telephone, also thanks to the virtuous circuit inserted by the Trentino Guest Card, prompted the consortium to invest in this platform where the summer calendars of opening for visits to the various structures, as well as workshops promoted by other companies from the world of wine, partners of the consortium. From the site, funded in part through the LEADER funds of the Gal Trentino Centrale, it is possible to book visits and tastings at the Paolazzi or Pilzer Distilleries, in Cembra Cantina di Montagna, by Zanotelli, by Simoni and Villa Corniole, the dried laboratory by Fernanda Zendron or of officinal herbs at GioVe officinali , an aperitif at the Green Grill in Grumes or a walk to discover the 54 varieties of apples grown at Maso Pomarolli . For now ten activities that have been organized to be lived in safety and tranquility , in small groups and respecting the provisions of the protocols currently in force drawn up following the Covid 19 emergency. Visits have different possibilities depending on the visitor's preference , who can already book the eventual exploration of the vineyard in the terraced countryside of the Val di Cembra, or a snack with typical products or for fans of the world of bubbles, check the preference for tasting the Trentodoc classic methods produced with the exceptional grapes of the valley . From the experience of the past years, the Cembrani DOC have decided to open the doors of their companies also on Saturdays , in the morning in the cellar and in the afternoon in the distillery, in addition to the now usual appointments on Tuesday and Friday afternoon, which can also be used with the Trentino Guest Card. www.visitcembranidoc.it is the tool where visitors can also book their participation in the now classic events that the consortium organizes for the promotion of the area and its excellent products. The numbered tickets will soon be available to secure a place for food and wine trekking in the vineyards of the Baiti en Festa, postponed to August 1st and to the itinerant dinner among the envelopes of the historic center of Cembra on October 16th and 17th, Caneve en Festa.
