FAI AUTUMN DAYS: TENUTA ROSANETI OPENS ITS DOORS TO VISITORS TO EXPLORE CALABRESE WINE CULTURE

  • 08/10/2026

A journey through landscape, history, and native vines at the Librandi family's iconic estate.

The vineyards, the agricultural landscape and the heritage of knowledge that has been handed down for generations become the protagonists of the FAI Autumn Days , which this year will take the public to discover Tenuta Rosaneti , one of the historic properties of the Librandi family in the Rocca di Neto area.

The event, promoted by the FAI Delegation of Crotone and Santa Severina , will offer visitors the opportunity to experience a place that embodies the Calabrian winemaking tradition and the profound connection between people and the land that has always characterized the company's activity.

Over the course of the two days, it will be possible to tour the estate's vineyards accompanied by the Librandi team, who will guide participants on an itinerary designed to recount not only the cultivation and winemaking techniques, but also the history of an agricultural landscape that over time has helped define the identity of Calabria's winemaking region.

" Welcoming the public to Tenuta Rosaneti during the FAI Days represents an important opportunity for us to share the cultural value of our work ," says the Librandi family. " Viticulture is not just agricultural production, but also landscape protection, knowledge preservation, and the building of an ongoing relationship with the local area. Opening the doors of the estate means telling this story and allowing visitors to experience it firsthand ."

The initiative is part of FAI's commitment to Made in Italy excellence, to production expertise, and to activities that contribute to building the cultural identity of local communities. In this context, Tenuta Rosaneti represents an emblematic place where research, tradition, and the promotion of native grape varieties coexist in a project that over the years has contributed to the recognition of Calabrian wine in Italy and around the world.

At the end of the visit, participants can complete the experience with a tasting of a selection of Librandi wines, expressing the different terroirs and varietals that characterize the company's production.

On Saturday, October 11th and Sunday, October 12th, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm (last admission at 11:30 am), the public will be able to discover Tenuta Rosaneti through a tour that combines nature, history, and wine culture. The itinerary will include a visit to the Vi.Te.S. (Viticulture, Territory, and History) museum, a corporate museum housed in an early 19th-century farmhouse that chronicles the evolution of Calabrian agriculture and viticulture through a rich collection of artifacts and exhibits. The tour will continue through the estate's vineyards and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub to the evocative Varietal Garden, a unique collection of approximately 200 native grape varieties sourced from across Calabria and cultivated in a distinctive spiral-shaped vineyard.

Tours are free. Those wishing to complete the experience with a guided tasting of a selection of Librandi wines must book in advance. Space is limited, and reservations can be made by emailing librandi@librandi.it.

Free buses will also be available from the Romano Bus Station in Crotone to facilitate visitor participation.
