Bulichella tastes wine tourism to discover the Val di Cornia

The Bulichella summer is characterized by wine tourism and the enhancement of the excellence of the area. The tastings will resume on Monday 15 June in the Suvereto estate (LI) of the Miyakawa family. The tasting of organic wines and PGI Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, on request with local products, will take place this year on the panoramic terrace of the Bulichella, with a view of the beauty of the Val di Cornia : from the vineyards to the Tyrrhenian Sea up to in Montepeloso. From this corner of Tuscany it will be possible to discover the genuine lifestyle, the great attention to the food and wine tradition and the respect for the natural heritage shared by Bulichella and the village of Suvereto , the result of the lockdown between the 35 municipalities of the Covid Region- free . In addition to the tastings, great space will also be given to the visit to the vineyards of the estate. Walking through the vineyards, the choice of organic agriculture will be deepened, wanted by the Miyakawa family to best enhance the strong identity of the territory. Bulichella was in fact, in 1983, among the first companies in Tuscany to choose the organic regime and all its products enjoy the ICEA Organic Certification . From the beginning of July the doors of the cellar will also be reopened, recently renovated to make the visit even more welcoming. The complete tour will start with the walk in the vineyard, will continue in the cellar and barrel room to end with the tasting on the panoramic terrace. To mark each stage the story of the history of Bulichella, of its close link with Suvereto, recognized among the most beautiful villages in Italy , and of the passion for the land, wines and products of the Val di Cornia. It will be possible to choose between four types of tasting : Basic ( Tuscanio Bianco , Sol Sera Rosato and Rubino , bread and Olio Evo Bulichella), Complete ( Tuscanio Bianco , Sol Sera Rosato , Rubino and a top wine, pane and Olio Evo Bulichella), Top ( Tuscanio Bianco , Sol Sera Rosato , Rubino and two top wines, bread and Olio Evo Bulichella) and Visit and tasting ( Tuscanio Bianco , Sol Sera Rosato , Rubino and a top wine, ham, salami and cheese, bread and Olio Evo Bulichella) .
