Two B2B meetings with 27 producers on March 9th and 10th

The Alta Langa Consortium is organizing its first official event in the United States: it will be held on March 10, 2026 , from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, at Eataly Downtown in New York City .

The B2B event, which will see the participation of 27 producers of Alte Bollicine Piemontesi, marks a significant step in the denomination's consolidation on the US market.

A tasting at tasting tables will be accompanied by two seminars exploring the historical roots of Alta Langa DOCG, the unique characteristics of the production area, and the distinctive features that distinguish its wines from the world of Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The seminars will be led by Juliana Colangelo, wine marketing leader and host of the Italian Wine Podcast, along with representatives of the Consortium.

" Bringing Alta Langa DOCG to New York for the first time represents an important milestone for our appellation ," says Giovanni Minetti , president of the Alta Langa Consortium. " This event allows us to share our history, our terroir, and the collective work of our producers, presenting Alta Langa as an authentic expression of the Metodo Classico, deeply rooted in time and place ."

The New York program will kick off on March 9, 2026 , with a welcome cocktail at Terroir Tribeca , one of the city's most prestigious wine bars. The event, reserved for sommeliers, press, and wine directors, will offer a convivial and informal setting for tastings and discussions, a preview of the following day's main event. It will be an exclusive opportunity to meet the producers and discover the distinctive character and elegance that characterize Alta Langa DOCG wines.

Participating wineries: Agricola Brandini, Agricola TT, Banfi, Bava, Bera, Borgo Maragliano, Casa E. di Mirafiore, Coppo, Cuvage, Deltetto 1953, Enrico Serafino, Ettore Germano, Fontanafredda, Giuseppe Contratto, La Fusina, Marcalberto, Marco Capra, Marziano Abbona, Mauro Sebaste, Nada Giuseppe, Pecchenino, Tenuta Carretta, Tenuta Il Falchetto, Tenuta Langasco, Tenuta Rocca, Terrabianca, Vite Colte.

In an international context increasingly focused on sparkling wines with a strong identity and a strong connection to terroir, Alta Langa DOCG confirms its position as a highly relevant designation for the contemporary market. Its focus on vintage purity, lengthy aging, and the authentic expression of its origins are distinctive features of great interest to industry professionals.

Guardians of the rural soul of southern Piedmont: stone villages, pastures, dry stone walls, luminous silences, hazelnuts, truffles, and mists that perfume the nights. We preserve the rituals, rhythms, myths, and cultural and agricultural biodiversity of our high hills. We are a community founded on collective identities. These lands are "rare" because they are generous: capable of giving much to those who respect them. We preserve nature, history, and humanity in an inseparable intertwining. 149 municipalities, 3 provinces – Alessandria, Asti, Cuneo – between 250 and over 900 meters above sea level, this is where the Alta Langa DOCG is born, each with its own accent, its memory, its care. We cultivate a practical knowledge passed down since the 19th century and transform it into a unique tasting journey: ancient soils; Pinot Noir and Chardonnay; time – at least 30 months on the lees; altitude; always vintage.

We are Anima. The life of the party. The party of sharing.
