Sunday 23 March 2025 , from 10.00 to 18.30 , returns Vinetia Tasting – Wines from the Vinetia guide in tasting , the event organized by the Italian Sommelier Association - AIS Veneto to introduce the public to the best wines of the region: an entire day dedicated to discovering the wine excellences of Veneto, selected by the tasters of the Vinetia guide . An ideal journey that comes to life from the guide and continues, sip by sip, in an unmissable event for wine enthusiasts.
Now in its fourth edition, the event will take place for the first time in the Santa Lucia di Piave (Treviso) exhibition centre , which will host over 130 companies , offering an even broader overview of Veneto wine production with more than 700 wines to taste.
The heart of the event will be the tasting stands, where visitors can meet the producers featured in the guide and discover their labels, accompanied by a rich program of masterclasses and insights.

Masterclass The Kaleidoscopic Valpolicella – History and Perspectives of a Winning Segmentation
The in-depth study, carried out in collaboration with the Consorzio di tutela vini della Valpolicella, will tell the story of this extraordinary territory located between Verona and Lake Garda, whose internationally renowned wines are born from a perfect balance between Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other native varieties. Alberto Toffanello , an official AIS expert taster, will lead the masterclass, exploring five different expressions of Valpolicella.

Masterclass Asiago Cheese and Wine: An Excellent Pairing – A Sensory Journey Through Mountain Dairies
A unique experience dedicated to the meeting between the world of wine and Asiago Cheese produced by artisan dairies . A special occasion, created thanks to the collaboration with the Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago, to discover the deep roots of a tradition that enhances the territory and its excellence thanks to the knowledge handed down by generations of artisans. Led by Cristian Maitan , Best Sommelier of Italy 2023 who will guide participants on a sensory and technical journey to discover the perfect pairing between the selected wines and the different ages of artisan Asiago Cheese, the masterclass offers five types of Asiago Cheese that will be paired with as many wines following the AIS pairing technique.

Masterclass Custoza – A journey to discover personality and uniqueness
Enrico Panizzuti , Best Sommelier of Veneto 2024 , will lead a tasting of five different types of Custoza. Organized in collaboration with the Consorzio di Tutela Vino Custoza, the masterclass will explore the terroir of Custoza, a harmony of soil, climate and men, and the art of blending, a symphony of flavors that unites different grape varieties, each with a distinctive personality. Five different expressions of Custoza will be tasted.

Masterclass Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg – Knowing to communicate the uniqueness of a territory
In collaboration with the Consorzio di Tutela del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Docg, the in-depth study is dedicated to one of the most famous denominations in Italy. The speaker Cristian Maitan will lead the tasting of five different expressions of the Rive del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg. An unmissable opportunity to understand the extraordinary complexity of this denomination, capturing the nuances that the territory, the climate and the work of man imprint on the wine and discovering what makes this area a world-class excellence.

Masterclass Lugana – A sensory journey through time and territory
Enrico Panizzuti , in collaboration with the Consorzio di Tutela Lugana Doc, will lead a tasting to discover the versatility of Lugana. Through the tasting of five different expressions, the evolutionary potential of this wine will be explored, which, fresh and brilliant when young, develops complexity and depth over time, providing an ever-changing taste experience. The undisputed protagonist will be Turbiana, an ancient variety appreciated for its acidity, robust structure and its ability to age gracefully.

Masterclass Soave – Between past, present and future
A moment of study presented and curated by Michele Manca , Best Sommelier of Veneto 2022 , in collaboration with the Consorzio Tutela Vini Soave e Recioto di Soave. Five different types of Soave to taste to discover its evolutionary potential, personality and multiple expressions. In fact, Soave can stand the test of time and can give its best even after a great evolution: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, the unique geo-climatic conditions and the expert hand of the producers are the basic ingredients for producing this wine that has always made people talk about itself throughout history.
