With the arrival of spring, the Collio region changes pace: the light becomes clearer, the air lighter, and the vineyards once again reveal their most fragrant season. It is precisely at this time of year that Tenuta Stella , an organic winery in Scriò, in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, inaugurates a new series of events dedicated to wine and local lovers. Starting Saturday, March 21st, “Sorsi di Collio – Sentori in Fiore” (Soaks of Collio – Sentori in Fiore) kicks off, a series of tastings that will accompany visitors every weekend until May 24th , from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (last admission at 4:00 pm).
"Spring is one of the most beautiful times to experience the Collio ," the winery explains, " because nature begins to move again, the vineyards awaken, and the land expresses all its energy. With Sorsi di Collio – Sentori in Fiore, we want to create a simple event open to all, to share our wines and welcome guests in a relaxed atmosphere, amidst the scents and colors of the season."
The initiative was born with the idea of offering a simple and authentic experience, capable of describing the Collio through its wines and flavors. During the event, you will be able to choose three glasses of Tenuta Stella wines , accompanied by a platter of typical local products , in a convivial moment designed to enhance the encounter between wine, local gastronomy, and landscape.
The tasting will take place in the winery's tasting room or, weather permitting, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards , where you can toast immersed in the colors and scents of the season.
The event also offers an opportunity to discover the philosophy of Tenuta Stella , an organic winery that has built its identity on artisanal production, respect for the ecosystem, and the valorization of native Friulian grape varieties.
The tastings thus become an invitation to slow down, to listen to the territory and to experience the Collio at the moment when nature begins to bloom again.
