On September 19th and 20th, the sixteenth edition of Gustus – Wines and Flavours of Vicenza will take place at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory of Music in Vicenza.
Producers of the Colli Berici, Vicenza, and Gambellara DOCs will showcase and present more than 120 labels, confirming this event as a unique blend of wine, food, music, and the city's artistic heritage.
In addition to the tasting table, the program includes two Wine Labs (available upon reservation) that will explore new challenges and trends in the sector.

Tai Rosso: Between Trends and Climate Challenges: A Calling for Change
The blind tasting led by Cristian Maitan – Best Sommelier of Veneto 2018 and Best Sommelier of Italy 2023 – will retrace the evolution of Tai Rosso through the changes in production styles over the years , up to contemporary taste.

Gambellara's time: a journey through character and longevity
A journey through different vintages in which wine educator Fabio Gobbi will lead the public to discover the potential of Gambellara, often associated with immediate freshness and here instead described in its ability to evolve over time .
