27 wineries together with 27 restaurants and wine shops to discover Roero DOCG wines paired with classic Piedmontese cuisine.
Throughout the month of May, the DOCG Roero will be presented at the table with Piacere Roero: four days where signature wines and true Piedmontese flavours meet thanks to the collaboration between the Consorzio Tutela Roero and the restaurants of the Mangébin circuit. Every Thursday from 8 to 29 May, restaurants and wine shops in Turin and its province will host the Consortium's producers for a series of unique events featuring DOCG wines and traditional recipes that are the most representative of the area.

We believe that this is a special bond that should be consolidated by joining the forces and professionalism of our producers and Turin chefs, to bring added value both in terms of knowledge of our wines and discovery of the culinary identity of our region."
“Piacere Roero” is much more than a lunch or dinner, it is a unique format that combines guided tastings, meetings with producers and menus designed for the occasion, for a food and wine journey that passes through the story of each wine and each recipe. In fact, during the appointments, customers will have the opportunity to talk directly with the producers of Roero DOCG to learn, course after course, the stories of passion and excellence contained within each glass.
Taking part in the initiative is simple: just book a table in the restaurants participating in the circuit. Each restaurant will offer tastings, by the glass or bottle, of the labels selected by the Consortium's wineries, which, in rotation, will come into contact with four restaurants in the circuit. "Piacere Roero" represents a new way of experiencing the dining experience, designed for those who want to get to know a territory through its cuisine and wines. All made possible thanks to the precious synergy proposed by Mangébin between the restaurateurs and the wineries of the territory, united together to highlight the identity and uniqueness of the Piedmontese food and wine heritage.
