Founded in Asti in 1891, Giulio Cocchi continues to be the reference producer for Vermouth di Torino , with the Storico Vermouth di Torino and the Extra Dry "Ricetta Piemontese" at the forefront, products that have been conquering the top of the rankings in the category for years; but Cocchi is also the brand of other iconic aromatized wines , made exclusively with Piedmontese wines and with historic recipes that express tradition and excellence: the Aperitivo Americano, the Cocchi Rosa, the Barolo Chinato.
At Vinitaly, it will also be possible to taste the Alte Bollicine Piemontesi di Alta Langa DOCG signed by Cocchi: this edition of the Verona event marks in particular the international debut of Alta Langa DOCG Espressione Bianc 2018 and Espressione Noir 2018 , the two new labels by Cocchi that interpret the evolution of time and matter, exalting the purity and complexity of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the most suitable hills of Piedmont.

Founded in Asti in 1891 thanks to the creative and visionary genius of Giulio Cocchi, a very young pastry chef of Tuscan origins, today the name Cocchi is famous throughout the world thanks to the production of classic method Alta Langa DOCG and aromatized wines - in particular different types of Vermouth, Barolo Chinato, Americano.
From its founder Giulio Cocchi, the winery has inherited an inexhaustible vivacity and a qualitative research that has led it to be known and appreciated on five continents. The Cocchi style is therefore defined by elegance and authenticity: the quality of the wine, the mastery and technical experience of more than a century and a passion and creativity that have never waned over the years.
Along with the Alta Langa cuvées, Cocchi is equally well-known for its Vermouth and flavoured distillates, including the Storico Vermouth di Torino, which 14 years ago triggered the rediscovery of the category, the DopoTeatro, Vermouth Amaro da sera, the Aperitivo Americano, which in the two Bianco and Rosa versions is the classic aperitif of the city of Asti, flavoured with gentian, China and bitter orange, and the Barolo Chinato, which Cocchi has been producing since 1891.
