TURIN WINE FAIR THE 'CENTO DAYS': DINNERS WITH THE AUTHORS

Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 MARCH The initiatives of the I Cento di Torino guide for the Turin Wine Fair 2 evenings, 6 dinners paired with wines from 6 producers in top and pop restaurants to celebrate the most loved guide under the Mole and the Salone of Turin wine

On the occasion of the Turin Wine Fair and in collaboration with EDT , Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 March the initiatives linked to the I Cento di Torino guide , with the Cento days appointments : 2 evenings , 6 dinners paired with wines from 6 producers in the top and pop restaurants of the city and a presentation dedicated to the most popular guide to restaurants and restaurants under the Mole in the book by Cavallito & Lamacchia and Iaccarino . An author of the guide will also be present at each dinner.

On Wednesday 1st March , from 7.30 pm, dinners at the price of 28 euros include a copy of the volume COGLI L'ACINO and a digital copy of I CENTO DI TORINO 2023, both published by EDT. Each restaurant has a vegetarian variant, to be agreed at the time of booking. Among the restaurants involved: Barbagusto with Luca Iaccarino , Caffè dell'Orologio with Stefano Cavallito, Dù Cesari with Alessandro Lamacchia . Attached is the menu with all the information for booking.

Thursday 2 March at 20:30 dinners at a price of 45 euros include a copy of the volume COGLI L'ACINO and a digital copy of I CENTO DI TORINO 2023, both published by EDT. Each restaurant has a vegetarian variant to be agreed at the time of booking. These are the restaurants involved: Gaudenzio Vino e Cucina, Osteria Antiche sere, Fiorfood by La Credenza restaurant . Attached is the menu with booking information.

Finally , on Thursday 2 March at 7 pm, COMBO hosts the presentation The flame under the tajarin . Mahler said: "Tradition is to keep the fire, not to worship the ashes". So: what does it mean to bring Piedmontese cuisine into the future? They discuss it: Stefano Cavallito & Alessandro Lamacchia, editors of the I Cento guide of Turin, Matteo Baronetto at the Del Cambio restaurant, Elisabetta Desana at the Caffè dell'Orologio restaurant. Moderator Luca Iaccarino , gastronomic journalist.
